Comprehensive Hormone Assessment

• Thorough blood chemistry testing: this includes an in depth look at cardiometabolic markers, blood sugar handling, inflammation, liver/kidney function, thyroid, and cbc.
• Dutch Complete Test: This test is a comprehensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites. It also includes the daily, free cortisol pattern, 8 organic acids, melatonin (6-OHMS), and 8-OHdG.
• 60 minute in person or phone consultation: in your visit, we will review your health history and current health concerns and goals. Blood work needs to be done prior to this visit.
• A comprehensive health plan created specifically for you: we then put all of it together to create a wellness plan and written report that highlights your health goals, nutrition & lifestyle game plan, and treatment strategies to address any imbalances to help you feel your absolute best AND prevent/treat disease.
• Two 30 minute follow up consultations
