Telemedicine Coaching
More than ever, it’s important to stay connected and continue to prioritize your health and wellness concerns and goals. We are pleased to be offering online consultations with a HIPAA compliant video platform. With telemedicine coaching, we can continue to bring an ancient medicine into the modern world.
Initial Telemedicine Consultation
What it includes:
- 60 minute phone consultation: in your visit, we will review your health history, current health concerns, and wellness goals. Because we will be utilizing a face to face platform, we will incorporate tongue and facial diagnosis.
- Medical lab analysis: You may submit your previous lab results in order for us to get a more complete picture of your health. This lab work will be analyzed and incorporated into your comprehensive treatment plan. There may be suggestions for further testing in your write up. We can provide you with a requisition for affordable lab work in your area.
- Diagnosis & Comprehensive Treatment Plan: This individualized plan will be delivered to your inbox within one week from your consultation. This includes a detailed nutrition outline, lifestyle recommendations based on the 6 pillars of health, a thorough analysis of your overall nutrition and suggestions, and an herbal and/or supplement schedule.
- Herbal and supplement support: Chinese herbal medicine has been used for thousands of years, and can be applied for many conditions and symptoms. In addition, we make nutrient suggestions based off of your constitution and needs. We have the ability ship customized formulas and high quality supplements directly to your home.
- Acupressure techniques: Together we will go through common points to address your medical needs. You will learn what points to stimulate for what conditions along with tips and tricks to strengthen and maintain a healthier body

Follow Up Telehealth Consultation
Must be an established in clinic or virtual patient. Ideal for ongoing attention and care to your health and wellness concerns. Follow ups are essential for checking in and making adjustments to your comprehensive treatment plan. The goal is to find a wellness formula catered just for you!
What it includes:
- 30 minute phone consultation: review comprehensive treatment plan, check in on lifestyle and nutrition adjustments etc
- Review any recent lab work
- Make adjustments to the treatment plan or offer suggestions for current issues: email delivered to inbox
- Review herbs and supplements
Cost: $95, recommend follow up visits every 2-4 weeks.

In addition to offering telemedicine consultations, we offer wellness consulting programs which are perfect for those who have been wanting to utilize functional testing so they can take a deep dive into their overall wellness. Introductory Wellness Assessment
Perfect for those who are wanting a thorough in depth look at their overall health. This plan is great for men and women in their mid 30’s on who are looking to optimize their health and prevent disease. We look at an extensive blood panel to evaluate overall health, perform an in-depth health history, and provide a fully comprehensive wellness plan to begin your path to better health.

- Thorough blood chemistry testing: this includes an in depth look at cardiovascular markers, blood sugar handling, inflammation, liver/kidney function, thyroid, nutrient status and much more.
- 60 minute in person or phone consultation: in your visit, we will review your health history and current health concerns and goals. Blood work needs to be done prior to this visit.
