The complete wellness plan will evaluate your complete essential blood work, look at adrenal function, and a comprehensive stool analysis. This plan will ensure that all systems are working optimally with a game plan to complete optimal health

What it includes:
- Thorough blood chemistry testing: this includes an in depth look at cardio metabolic panel, blood sugar handling, inflammation, liver/kidney function, thyroid, complete blood cell count
- DUTCH hormone evaluation: This test is a comprehensive assessment of sex and adrenal hormones and their metabolites. It also includes the daily, free cortisol pattern, organic acids, melatonin (6-OHMS), and 8-OHdG.
- Comprehensive stool test that measures opportunistic organisms, normal flora, fungi, parasites and antibiotic resistance genes. It also includes markers for GI health and function including SIgA, Elastase, Calprotectin and Anti-gliadin testing.
- 60 minute in person or phone consultation: in your visit, we will review your health history and current health concerns and goals.
- A comprehensive health plan created specifically for you: we then put all of it together to create a wellness plan and written report that highlights your health goals, nutrition & lifestyle game plan, and treatment strategies to address any imbalances to help you feel your absolute best AND prevent/treat disease.
