Initial Telemedicine Consultation

• 60 minute phone consultation: in your visit, we will review your health history, current health concerns, and wellness goals. Because we will be utilizing a face to face platform, we will incorporate tongue and facial diagnosis.
• Medical lab analysis: You may submit your previous lab results in order for us to get a more complete picture of your health. This lab work will be analyzed and incorporated into your comprehensive treatment plan. There may be suggestions for further testing in your write up. We can provide you with a requisition for affordable lab work in your area.
• Diagnosis & Comprehensive Treatment Plan: This individualized plan will be delivered to your inbox within one week from your consultation. This includes a detailed nutrition outline, lifestyle recommendations based on the 6 pillars of health, thorough analysis of your overall nutrition and suggestions, and an herbal and/or supplement schedule.
• Herbal and supplement support: Chinese herbal medicine has been used for thousands of years, and can be applied for many conditions and symptoms. In addition, we make nutrient suggestions based off of your constitution and needs. We have the ability ship customized formulas and high quality supplements directly to your home.
• Acupressure techniques: Together we will go through common points to address your medical needs. You will learn what points to stimulate for what conditions along with tips and tricks to strengthen and maintain a healthier body.
