We take all PPO plans with Acupuncture benefits. We are in network with Blue Shield & United Health Care. Some of the blue shield plans run through ASH, whom we are not in network with. We can provide a Superbill for reimbursement. As a courtesy, we will check your benefits, please provide us with the details of your plan here. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
